The MAT is a place for freedom and recovery.  Large group and small groups meet weekly at 6:30 pm every Thursday year-round.  

Issue specific small group lists can be found at the website.  Additionally, study groups for Wild at Heart, Fathered by God, Captivating, and other related studies are ongoing and offered several times each year.

Walking into ‘the Mat‘ you don't have to wonder about people's brokeness. We all get to come because we desperately need healing, recovery, Fathering, but ultimately Jesus. I have found so much freedom in my Heavenly Father through the groups that I have been in at the Mat. Specifically God has met me through the Fathered by God group and the Wild at Heart group. I highly recommend this ministry if you are in or near Lexington, KY.

I've been attenting them at and various groups, including Wild at Heart, Fathered by God, and other studies since 2009. The ministry has changed my life.
