My personal experience and professional practice are centered on relationship, where frequently the source of our deepest pain and greatest healing occurs. I believe in and work from an integrated perspective, primarily where the relationship(s) with your family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, self, God and faith/spiritual community often intersect.

For over two decades, I have practiced integrated therapeutic, leadership and consultative professional services in collaborating with clients in diverse environments (counseling, recovery, small business, startup, non-profit, academic, faith-based, Fortune 50 and Big 4 consulting).

Terry is a fellow student friend of mine at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Terry has been a gracious host when I needed a place to stay, an honest prayer partner at evening's end, and a heart-full listener to my processing of dreams, hard life events, and joyous discoveries. As a mid-life male friend and former Wild at Heart boot camp alum, I have had the wonderful honor of meeting another who dared to take the "red pill" when most seem to prefer the "blue pill." I trust Terry in the Good Fight for the battle of the heart!

Terry is a trusted colleague whose depth of insight and caring heart provide space for growth to occur. Consulting with Terry over these past several months has been pure enjoyment. His down-to-earth and unflinching approach to the human condition helps him effectively navigate the often tricky terrain of the heart. I highly recommend him as a counselor.
