As a lifelong Christian and relational person, I naturally gravitate towards equipping others to find their authentic community (which I call one's Tribe), and to see themselves through the eyes of their loving God.  As a trained trauma therapist using EMDR and experiential approaches for the past 12 years, I have come to believe that our pain is born of the imperfection inherent in humanity.  For some of us, that pain was inflicted by people in our lives who were intentionally hurtful and/or abusive.  For others, that pain comes from a less obvious place, but is no less damaging to the soul.  No matter your story, freedom from the pain you feel is possible.  I see my role as holding hope for you until you can feel it for yourself.  Walking alongside you until the freedom and healing you seek is realized.  I believe that there isn't a person you wouldn't love if you could know their story.  I look forward to meeting you.

"If you get rid of the pain before you answer it's question, you get rid of the self along with it." - Carl Jung
