A man needs a deeper understanding of his masculine heart—and why God made him just like that. What if those deep desires in our hearts are telling us the truth, revealing to us the lives we were meant to live? A man must know he is powerful; he must know he has what it takes. The way we handle the heart is everything. Basic is not a retreat about the “seven things a man ought to do to be a nicer guy.” It is a four-day quest into the recovery of a man’s masculine soul, the release of a man’s heart—his passions and his true nature—all given him by God.
Join us this year, April 11-14th, at Sky Corral Ranch for this awesome weekend. It’s more than just a Men’s Retreat. It’s an encounter! We will have worship, teaching, fellowship, and reflection. Retreats are a perfect opportunity to create new friendships and deepen current friendships, so we encourage you to invite other men you know to experience this transformational weekend together.
The Wild at Heart Bootcamp is a time focused on recapturing the masculine soul. It will rekindle our love for God and deepen our thirst for living a life full of adventure and wonder in the King. It’s the life Jesus intended for every man.
Food / Lodging provided for the duration of the event.
The weather can be a bit unpredictable at 7,600 ft, so please bring warm / cold-weather clothes. (and hiking boots for mud/snow)
All bunk beds have mattresses/sheets/blankets/pillows but we suggest your bring your own pillow if you feel that would help you get a better nights sleep.
You will need to bring your own toiletries including Toothpaste/Bath Soap/Shampoo. Towels will be provided but feel free to bring your own towel if you prefer.
