Currently, all of our orders are done through the internet, and we accept Discover, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
Returns/Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund with the following provisions: -Items must not be damaged in any way. -Refund is credited when we receive the items. -Refund is amount less shipping charges. -Retreats & Seminars do not qualify for refunds under this policy. -We only accept items that have not been opened and are in "new" condition. Please include your name and order ID#.

Delivery Time
All Ransomed Heart orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will be able to choose your shipping method upon check out of your order. Our shipping options are as follows: US Shipping - UPS Next Day Air (Deadline is 1:00 PM ET on normal business days). - UPS 2nd Day Air (Deadline is 1:00 PM ET on normal business days) - UPS 3 Day Select (Deadline is 1:00 PM ET on normal business days) - UPS Ground (Normal shipping time is 2-9 business days) - USPS (Normal shipping time is 2-9 business days within the US.)
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend you use UPS, as they guarantee selected delivery times. International Shipping - UPS Standard to Canada - UPS Worldwide Express - UPS Worldwide Express Plus - UPS Worldwide Expedited - UPS Express Saver - USPS Priority International (Normal shipping time 6-30 days. We are unable to track USPS packages)
International
We are accepting international orders. International options are seen at checkout. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ransomed Heart Ministries, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
