This conference is different than women's retreats from your church. There are many different methods of bringing the message across - movie clips, music, scripture, personal stories from the team and my favorite was time carved out to take that message and sit quietly with God. Many of us had some very significant breakthroughs. Time to walk and play,we had great conversations around the dinner table. Our couples small group used this as an opportunity for the woman in our group to go away, get quite, to be still before our God. We are all on different faith journeys, it was amazing to see what was reviled to each of us in our quite time. In addition by taking this time together our friendships and knowledge of each other grew. The All Things New Team is a community of woman who love every woman who enters the doors of the retreat. This event is powerful and transformational. You will be a changed woman.

I went to this retreat last year (2014) and again this year. I can't say enough good things about this. It is life changing. The ladies leading this retreat are authentic and share their hearts and flaws. I love that after each session their is reflection time between you and the Lord. Also the food was wonderful- Miracle Lodge is such a restful place - the grounds at Ironwood Christian Camp is so beautiful. We have plenty of time for rest and time for reflection and enjoying each others company in the afternoon. Last year I went so wrecked and down on myself the Lord came through showing me his great love and this year just built on that. If you have any doubts please take a leap of faith and go if you sense the Lord nudging you to go. Totally worth every penny I spent. Lord willing I plan on going next year as well. :)

I have Loved the Lord all my life. I went astray around age 17 - like many young teens, and consequently - lived through a lot of pain and agony. I rededicated my life to Christ in 97' @ age 35, but not much changed within me. I strived to be "good enough" my whole life, but never received any affirmation from anyone, that I was. I have attended MANY women's weekends and have - for the most part - enjoyed them all. But All Things New....was entirely different.....It truly was NEW and revealing. Filled with Truth's that I had never been taught or heard of before, and they are ALL BIBLICAL! I have never experienced anything so eternally life transforming. I AM a new creation (finally) in Christ. You can learn to "manage" your life/pain/anger, etc.... or you can get to the root of the pain (and the cause) and be PERMANENTLY healed so you don't have to "manage" anything except JOY and FREEDOM. My whole outlook has changed. My marriage has never been better, and I have begun to facilitate Bible Studies based on this book because it is real and solid. I did not know if I wanted to spend that kind of $$$ on ANOTHER "women's weekend", only to come home and have nothing to show for it. Well, I will tell you - this weekend was the best investment I have ever made in my life. I was a prisoner set free. You can't put a monetary amount on that. I am finally becoming who I am in Christ. I am so grateful to God for Lori and Rona Rae who extended a gentle invitation to go to this. I can't wait to go again May 2014 - with some of the ladies who have done this study with me. They are all going because they too - have been transformed and made New. Praise God..... Love, Cherished.
